All the ministries of Upper Room Community Church are designed to implement the mission statement that God gave to the church i.e. “to heal the broken-hearted and to set the captives free” (Luke 4:18). The activities of the ministries are carried out by willing volunteers who have a passion to see God’s plan unfold in the lives of those to whom they minister.
